Terms and Conditions

1. Payment can be made by Paypal,Cheque or Postal Order. Items will not be despatched until confirmation of cheque clearance is confirmed.

2. Delivery within the UK is charged on all orders using the same postage rate min.£3.50 per order. Some "Bulk" items may incur an increased rate for example Cushion Pads and multiple covers. If you require postage rates for your order prior to payment then please send your request by email otherwise we will inform you of any additional postage costs by e mail or phone prior to processing your order.If you are happy to proceed with purchase you will be billed seperately via the PayPal service.

3. Postage discounts may also apply in some cases when more than 1 item is purchased depending on the type of products chosen.

(The above postage terms will be simplified in the near future once upgrades etc to the website have been finalised).

4.Delivery on Overseas orders are charged at Cost. Our ordering system does not calculate this charge but customers will be e mailed the cost requesting confirmation of acceptance before the order is processed.

5.In most instances orders are despatched within 1 working day.Bespoke orders and Loose Covers will take longer and timescales will be estimated when placing the Inital order.

6.If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchased goods we will be pleased to exchange the goods for the same product providing stocks allow us to do so, exchange for a similar item or refund the price of your purchase less any postage costs providing you inform us immediately in writing or by e mail of the problem and your intention to do so. The goods must be returned in a new/unused condition in original wrapping.The Goods returned are your responsability until received by Canny Cushions.

Distance Selling Regulations apply.These regulations allow you 14 working days from the day after you receive your goods to cancel the the contract for your order with Canny Cushions.In this case we will issue a full refund however you will need to return the entire order at your own cost.

We can accept orders by telephone or in writing providing requests are supported by cheques or postal orders & cleared funds are confirmed prior to despatch of the goods.
